Leadership:
- Duane Clark, Owner/CEO: A Pennsylvania native and U.S. Army veteran, Duane has been a resident of Huntsville, TX, for over 25 years. He has extensive experience working for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) and Walmart, alongside his career in the private security sector. His passion for community service led him to establish LSI.
- Mike Heap Jr, Security Operations Manager: Raised in Upstate New York, Mike served as an Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army. After relocating to Texas, he worked for TDCJ in various roles, including officer, training instructor, and death row sergeant. He also held positions as a lieutenant and captain for U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facilities. Mike joined LSI to contribute to its growth and success.
