Nothing Bundt Cakes project filed for Huntsville location

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Architectural Barriers Project registry, a new Nothing Bundt Cakes location has been registered for development in Huntsville.

The filing lists the project at Ravenwood Village Shopping Center, 245 Interstate 45 South, Suite F, a space previously occupied by GameStop. The project is classified as a renovation and alteration, converting an existing retail space into a take-out cake store.

State records show the project includes a 2,000-square-foot tenant finish-out with an estimated cost of $320,000. Construction is scheduled to begin June 17, 2026, with an anticipated completion date of August 17, 2026.

The project is privately funded, with the tenant listed as providing the funding. The property owner is Ravenwood Village II, Ltd., and the design firm on file is Landry Architects.

The current status of the project is listed as registered, indicating it has been officially filed with the state but has not yet reached completion.

No official opening date has been announced.
