Skye and Brad Carlton, owners of Deep Clean Texas, say their growing business remains focused on faith, integrity, and serving families across Huntsville and surrounding communities.
The Carltons said they are in the early stages of developing a nonprofit initiative that will allow them to expand their outreach efforts locally. While details will be announced at a later date, they said the goal is to better serve individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.
“We were partners with a great organization that helps to give free cleans to cancer patients,” Brad Carlton said. “But Skye and I have always spoken that we would like to make it a little bit more local and a little bit broader in scope.”
The couple said their desire is to make a direct impact in the communities they serve, particularly for those who may need help but do not always know where to turn.
Faith-based foundation
The Carltons emphasized that their business decisions are rooted in their Christian faith.
“When you are living life for Christ… it’s a big responsibility,” Skye Carlton said. “I’m holding myself to a higher standard.”
Brad Carlton said that commitment carries over into how they hire and train employees, noting that team members work inside customers’ homes.
“We represent Christ,” he said, adding that applicants undergo background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
Hiring continues in Huntsville
As demand for services grows, the Carltons said they are continuing to look for dependable workers in the Huntsville area.
“If any of the listeners have somebody that they know that’s energetic and honest and has integrity and is reliable… contact us,” Brad Carlton said.
He added that while the company could expand more quickly by loosening its hiring standards, they are committed to protecting customers and maintaining the values that define the business.
Deep Clean Texas serves Huntsville and surrounding communities, as well as areas in Montgomery County and Northwest Houston.
