HUNTSVILLE, TX – The mid-year beacon of community support and solidarity, Rays of Hope Summer Donation Drive-Through, presented by Elliott’s Jewelers and conceptualized by Hello Huntsville, is set to illuminate the city on Saturday, July 29, 2023.

Elliott Herzlich, the proprietor of Elliott’s Jewelers, has long been a beacon of community support. Known for his unwavering dedication to non-profits and tireless efforts in promoting their work, his contributions have enriched the community immeasurably.

Hello Huntsville, known for its ongoing community commitment, identified a need for a charitable initiative that extends beyond the traditional holiday season. The result is the Rays of Hope Summer Donation Drive-Through, a unique event that calls on community members to contribute to the needs of selected local non-profits.

The drive-through event will be held at the HEB Huntsville Parking Lot from 6am to 6pm on Saturday, July 29, 2023. It provides an accessible and easy way for residents to donate much-needed supplies and funds to local non-profit organizations. Attendees will drive through with their donations, ensuring a safe, convenient, and efficient means of contributing to the cause.

“The Rays of Hope Summer Donation Drive-Through embodies our belief in the power of community support,” said Rob Hipp, Founder of Hello Huntsville. “With the backing of local businesses, especially our presenting sponsor, Elliott’s Jewelers, we aim to provide mid-year support that our non-profits crucially need.”

There are several levels of sponsorship opportunities available for local businesses and individuals who wish to contribute to this worthy cause.

  1. Hourly Sponsors: For $150, businesses can sponsor an hour of the event, featuring a live interview and social media mentions. There are 12 slots available.
  2. T-Shirt Sponsors: For a $350 contribution, businesses can have their logos displayed on the event’s official t-shirt. There are ten slots available for this sponsorship level.
  3. Swag Bag Sponsors: A $200 sponsorship allows businesses to include their promotional items in the event’s swag bags. There are 12 of these sponsorships available.

The full list of non-profit organizations benefitting from the Ray of Hope Summer Donation Drive-Through, along with their specific needs, will be announced soon.

The Rays of Hope Summer Donation Drive-Through serves as a testament to the caring spirit of the Huntsville community, and notably, stalwarts like Elliott Herzlich, and its dedication to supporting local non-profits.
