2026 6th Annual Barbells for Boston
About This Event
Barbells for Boston is a community-wide fitness and fundraising event supporting Huntsville student Boston Gray and raising awareness for Friedreich’s Ataxia, a rare neuromuscular disease. The event brings together athletes, families, and supporters for a full day focused on encouragement, competition, and hope.
Proceeds from the event benefit Boston Gray and the Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance, helping fund research toward a cure.
What to Expect:
- 5K run and 1-mile run (morning start)
- CrossFit-style partner competition (begins at 10 AM)
