Fun, Friendly Competition and Fundraising at Bonnie’s Hideout on August 11

HUNTSVILLE – The Huntsville chapter of Kiwanis International is gearing up for its third annual Poker Tournament, set to take place on August 11 at Bonnie’s Hideout.

The fundraiser, known for its friendly competition and high-energy environment, has a limit of 100 participants. Those interested are encouraged to register as soon as possible to secure their spots. The registration fee is set at $50, with an additional $50 for rebuys, and an optional $50 add-on at the break.

In an effort to incentivize early registration, Kiwanis Huntsville is offering an extra $1,000 in chips to those who register by August 7.

Prizes will be awarded to the top five participants, promising an exciting evening for both competitors and spectators alike. Complimentary hot dogs, drinks, and snacks will be provided throughout the event.

The Huntsville Kiwanis chapter extends its gratitude to The Café Texan, Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home, McWilliams & Sons, and Stevenson Beer Distributing Co. for their contributions to this year’s event.

Kiwanis International is a global community of clubs, members, and partners dedicated to improving the lives of children one community at a time. The annual poker tournament serves as one of their major fundraising efforts in Huntsville.
