Huntsville cheer gym offers competitive and recreational programs, tumbling classes, stunting, private lessons and training for a wide range of ages and skill levels.
Pocket Aces Cheer Co. is now open in Huntsville, offering local athletes a place to develop cheerleading, tumbling and stunting skills in a team-focused environment.
Located at 914 15th Street in Huntsville, Pocket Aces Cheer Co. describes itself as an all-star and recreational cheerleading gym serving athletes of varying ages and experience levels. The gym focuses on skill development while also emphasizing confidence, leadership, self-discipline, safety and teamwork.
Programs include All-Star Novice, Prep and Elite cheer, along with All-Star Rec. Athletes can also participate in a variety of classes including beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite tumbling; coed and group stunting; flyer technique and flexibility; jumps and stretching; cheer fundamentals; tots tumbling; adult tumbling and conditioning; and Mommy & Me classes.
Private lessons are also available for athletes looking for one-on-one instruction in areas such as tumbling, stunting, flyer technique and jumps.
Pocket Aces Cheer Co. is led by owners Victoria Yarbrough and Lou, both of whom have collegiate cheerleading and coaching backgrounds. Victoria cheered at Sam Houston State University from 2018 to 2023, while Lou won an NCA college national championship with Sam Houston State in 2023 after previously winning a UCA college national championship with the University of West Georgia.
