The Raven Italian Bistro and Bar will officially open its doors on Monday, November 10 at 11 a.m. in downtown Huntsville. The new restaurant, located at 1220 Sam Houston Avenue across from Donut Wheel, brings a fresh dining concept from the same owners behind Amore Italian Ristorante in Montgomery. Guests were given an early look during a private preview party on Sunday, November 9, where they experienced the restaurant’s atmosphere, menu, and service ahead of the grand opening.
The Raven Italian Bistro and Bar will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the bar open until 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., with the bar open until 11 p.m. Led by Alfred Limani and Vjosa Berisha, the new venture is expected to bring the same passion for hospitality and quality that made Amore a success in Montgomery.
