Gary C. Wood

We are saddened to announce the passing of Gary Cecil Wood, who passed away on May 8, 2026. Gary was born on November 28, 1941, in Houston, Texas, where he spent most of his life in the Houston area. Gary proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He also had a strong interest in computers and technology. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oline Cushing and Abram Wood; his sister, Judith Anne Luna; and one son.

Gary is survived by his sisters, Cheryl Egleson and Twila George, along with family and friends who will miss him dearly. Special recognition to Maribelle Guerrero, his special daughter, who cared for him in his later years. Gary will be remembered with love and greatly missed.
