Parade of Playhouses raffle raises more than $30,000 for CASA

Annual community fundraiser supports advocacy for abused and neglected children

HUNTSVILLE, Texas — The 2025 Parade of Playhouses raffle raised more than $30,000 to support CASA and its mission to serve abused and neglected children across the region.

The annual fundraiser brings together home builders, schools, churches, organizations and individuals who design, build and donate full-size children’s playhouses. Raffle tickets are sold for the custom-built playhouses, with proceeds benefiting CASA programs that advocate for children involved in the child welfare system.

Organizers said community participation through ticket purchases played a key role in the event’s success. While only a limited number of tickets result in winning a playhouse, every ticket sold helps fund advocacy efforts that support children and families during court proceedings and placement decisions.

2025 Parade of Playhouses winners

The following playhouses were raffled during the 2025 event, with winners announced after the drawing:

  • Fanta Sea Villa, built by Gulf Coast Trades Center — won by Travis Puls
  • She Said She Shed, built by In Pace Builders — won by Dana Brock
  • Wacky Shack, built by Trinity ISD Woodshop — won by Yesenia Valenzuela
  • Cottage at the Beach, built by Seale Construction — won by Mary Petron
  • Christmas at Graceland, built by Superior Homes Custom Inc. — won by Lisa Love
  • O Come All Ye Faithful, playhouse by Northside Baptist Church and built by Superior Homes Custom — won by Donna Story

Event organizers congratulated the 2025 winners and thanked everyone who supported the raffle, noting that each ticket purchased directly supports CASA’s work on behalf of children who need a voice.

The Parade of Playhouses fundraiser is expected to return in the fall of 2026. Sponsors and builders are currently signing up for the next event.
