Carriage Inn Annual Senior Art Exhibition

HUNTSVILLE, TX – Annual Senior Art Exhibition at Carriage Inn: Submissions Wanted
Local senior artists are invited to submit original artwork for Carriage Inn senior living community’s annual senior art exhibition, October 25 – November 1. The community will display a diverse collection of art by Huntsville-area seniors and is looking for submissions of original pieces in various mediums to showcase during the week-long exhibition. Artwork by Carriage Inn residents will also be on display.
Local artists who would like to participate in the exhibition may contact Jessica Newberry at jnewberry@cardinalbay.org or Tracey Holbrook at tholbrook@cardinalbay.org or 936-295-0600. Artists may also pick up an entry form by stopping at the community’s front office. All submissions must be entered by October 22.
Artwork requirements are as follows:
- Two- and three-dimensional art will be
- Painting submissions are limited to a maximum of two per person.
- Artwork should be no larger than 36” framed.
An open artist reception will be held Friday, October 25 from 1:30 – 3:00 pm at the community’s location of 2805 Lake Road in Huntsville. Refreshments will be served, and artwork will be available for viewing. Artists and members of the local community are welcome to attend.
