HUNTSVILLE, Texas. A new Integrity Urgent Care clinic is planned for Huntsville, with a 3,003-square-foot medical office building proposed at 1611-1615 11th Street.
The project was registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on July 17, 2026, under project number TABS2026025517. The filing lists the work as new construction with an estimated cost of $1.44 million.
The TDLR filing lists Sept. 1, 2026, as the scheduled construction start date and Jan. 9, 2027, as the scheduled completion date. The project’s current status is listed as “Review Complete.”
The filing identifies Reliable Parts Company as the property owner. The tenant section has not yet been assigned in the state record.
Integrity lists Huntsville as an upcoming location
Integrity Urgent Care’s official website lists Huntsville among its upcoming Texas locations and identifies the clinic as opening in fall 2026.
The company has not announced a specific opening date, operating hours or final staffing information for the Huntsville location. The scheduled completion date in the TDLR filing also extends into January 2027, so the final opening timeline could change as construction progresses.
The company is already hiring for the Huntsville clinic. A current provider listing seeks a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to provide primary and episodic care.
According to the job posting, the position will involve evaluating patients, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, providing vaccinations, treating injuries and performing procedures such as laceration repair. The position also includes treating orthopedic injuries and referring patients to medical specialists when necessary.

Integrity Urgent Care operates walk-in clinics throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Its existing locations treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including colds, flu, respiratory infections, strep throat, urinary tract infections, minor fractures, sprains, cuts, burns and other common medical conditions.

The planned clinic would add another option for residents needing care for medical conditions that require prompt attention but are not life-threatening emergencies.

The Huntsville project is privately funded and planned for private land. The company has not yet released architectural renderings, a grand-opening date or additional details about the clinic’s interior layout.
