Huntsville Ducks Unlimited Hosts Gala for Conservation
HUNTSVILLE, TX — The Huntsville chapter of Ducks Unlimited is gearing up for its much-anticipated annual banquet on Thursday, February 8, 2024. The event, known for its commitment to wetlands and waterfowl conservation, promises an evening filled with fine dining, exclusive sponsorships, and community engagement.
Doors will open at 6:00 PM, with dinner being served at 6:30 PM. This year’s banquet offers various sponsorship and ticket opportunities, catering to both individuals and groups, with a special focus on supporting the organization’s conservation efforts.
The highest tier, the Pintail Sponsor Package priced at $1,200, offers a table for eight. It includes premium seating with a dedicated drink server, promotions before and during the banquet, special table swag, a $400 gift certificate to Able’s Ammo, and a one-year Ducks Unlimited (DU) Membership for all eight guests.
For a group of six, the Mallard Sponsor Package is available for $800. This package offers preferred seating, promotions, and the same admissions benefits as the Pintail package.
A more modestly priced Teal Sponsor Package at $600 for six people includes preferred seating, promotional benefits, and the standard admissions package.
Individual tickets are available at $75, offering admission, dinner, drinks, and a one-year DU Membership. For young conservationists under 17, the Greenwing ticket is offered at $35, which includes all the benefits of an individual ticket but with soft drinks or tea.
All proceeds from the event will directly support the Huntsville Ducks Unlimited Chapter’s conservation efforts. Ducks Unlimited is renowned for its work in wetlands and waterfowl conservation, focusing on habitat restoration and preservation.
Attendees are encouraged to select their sponsorship or ticket choices, ranging from the Pintail, Mallard, Teal, and Individual, to the Greenwing options. The organization also welcomes other donations for those who wish to contribute further to the cause.
