John Gordon Adamick, 72, of Willis, Texas, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 9, 2026. John was born on December 12, 1953, to Phillip and Rena Adamick. He lived his entire life in Willis, where he served his community, raised his son and lived close to family. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters; Phyllis Adamick and Linda McDaniel. Johnny is survived by his son, John Adamick Jr; his daughter-in-law, Shae Adamick; granddaughter Meadow Adamick; two sisters Betty McDaniel & Judy Graham; a brother Buddy Adamick; and many beloved family members.
Johnny was not only a business owner but an operator, serving as wrecker driver and mentor. He was a tow industry legend recognized for being honest, reliable and getting roadways cleared. Johnny enjoyed watching football and eating BBQ. His most cherished role was being a grandfather and watching his granddaughter chase her dreams. The family welcomes you to join them at The Family Faith Church on Friday, May 22, at 2:00 p.m.
